• Physical therapy for orthopedic services: $100.00/visit

• Physical therapy for pelvic health services: $160.00/visit

• Dry needling services: $50.00 per body region
  PT evaluation is required on the initial visit. 

• Fitness membership:  $35.00 per person or $30.00 each for a couple
